1. (a) These regulations implement and interpret Chapter 6.7 (commencing with Section 50675) of Part 2 of Division 31, Health and Safety Code, which establishes the Multifamily Housing Program.
2. (b) These regulations establish terms, conditions and procedures for funds awarded after the effective date of these regulations.
