1. (a) Agency decisions shall be final and no appeal is available within the Agency. An applicant shall not petition the Agency for rehearing nor request a written explanation of any Agency decision.
2. (b) Applicants shall have the right to request a meeting with the Agency's Enterprise Zone Program Manager, at which time the Agency's Enterprise Zone Program Manager shall explain the reasons for any of the Agency's decisions pursuant to this chapter.
