1. (a) Applicants that received award letters will later receive a Grant Agreement, pursuant to 24 CFR 570.503 to be executed by both the local authorized representative and the Department.
2. (b) The Grant Agreement shall reserve monies from the CDBG allocation in an amount approved for funding by the Department pursuant to Section 7076.
3. (c) The Grant Agreement shall include all items required in 24 CFR 570.503, 24 CFR Part 85, OMB Circular A-87, OMB Circular A-133, and all applicable sections in Articles 3 and 4 of this Subchapter.
