1. (a) To extend a 120-day moratorium recorded on the permanent title record of a used manufactured home, mobilehome, or multi-unit manufactured housing, the escrow agent shall submit the following items to the department:

   1. (1) A written request to extend the 120-day escrow moratorium, which states that the escrow agent has the mutual consent in writing of all parties to the escrow to such an extension.
   2. (2) A photocopy of the letter sent by the department to the escrow agent, acknowledging receipt of the notification of escrow opening.
   3. (3) If the original 120-day moratorium has expired, payment of the Escrow Opening Fee required by subsection 5660(j).
