1. (a) Within 15 calendar days of receipt of an application pursuant to Section 4858, 4862, 4866(f) or 4868 of this subchapter, the department shall inform the applicant in writing that it is either complete and acceptable for filing or that it is deficient and what specific information or documentation is required to complete the application. An application is considered complete if it is in compliance with the provisions of either Section 4858, 4862, 4866(f) or 4868 of this subchapter, as applicable.
2. (b) Within 60 calendar days from the date of filing of a completed application, the department shall inform the applicant in writing of its decision regarding the application.

1. New section filed 10-6-88 as an emergency; operative 10-6-88 (Register 88, No. 42). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL within 120 days or emergency language will be repealed on 2-3-89.
