1. (a) Skirting shall not be installed until all underfloor installations have been approved by the enforcement agency.
2. (b) Masonry walls shall not be installed until all underfloor installations have been approved by the enforcement agency, unless the installation of the masonry wall is required to provide perimeter support to the accessory structure.

At the time of inspection, the installation of the accessory structure on its support system shall be complete and the area under the accessory structure shall be accessible for inspection.
