1. (2) The council encourages electronic submittals to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0, or a subsequent version effective at the time of the filing of the certification of consistency, published by the Web Accessibility Initiative of the World Wide Web Consortium at a minimum Level AA success criteria.
2. (b) If the last day for a filing or submissions to the council required pursuant to this article is a weekend or a State holiday, that deadline shall be the next business day.

(a)(1) All filings, submissions, and mailings required to be submitted pursuant to this article shall be made electronically. Filings, submissions, and mailings shall be in 12-point black font.
