Cal. Code Regs. tit. 23, § 5000.11 – Definitions.

(a) “Act” means the Bagley-Keene Open Meeting Act (Gov. Code, § 11120 et seq.).
(b) “Council” means the Delta Stewardship Council created pursuant to Water Code section 85200.

For purposes of this article, the following terms have the following meanings:
