1. (a) For the purposes of Section 13271 of the Water Code, a reportable quantity for sewage is defined to be any unauthorized discharge of 1,000 gallons or more.
2. (b) For the purposes of Section 13271, an unauthorized discharge is defined to be a discharge, not regulated by waste discharge requirements, of treated, partially treated, or untreated wastewater resulting from the intentional or unintentional diversion of wastewater from a collection, treatment or disposal systems.
