- (a) The Verification Monitoring Phase includes any activities required to verify implementation of the Corrective Action Plan and evaluate its effectiveness.
- (b) If the Cleanup Oversight Agency directs a responsible party to perform cleanup, a responsible party must verify satisfactory implementation of the Corrective Action Plan through sampling or other monitoring of soil, water, and soil vapor for the period of time and at the intervals agreed to by the Cleanup Oversight Agency. Using the monitoring results obtained pursuant to this section, and any other relevant data obtained pursuant to this article, a responsible party must evaluate the effectiveness of the site work.
- (c) A responsible party must submit monitoring data and an evaluation of the results of such monitoring on a schedule and for a duration agreed to by the Cleanup Oversight Agency.
