1. (a) Where the Department has determined that the application is deficient, the Department will provide the applicant with a comment letter explaining the deficiencies.
2. (b) Applicant shall respond to the Department's notice of deficiency within 60 days from the date of notice. If the Department does not receive a response to the notice within 60 days, the application will be considered abandoned and all unpaid review and administrative costs incurred by the Department in processing the application shall be paid by the applicant.
