1. (a) An executive summary written in plain language that provides an overview of the Plan and description of groundwater conditions in the basin.
2. (b) A list of references and technical studies relied upon by the Agency in developing the Plan. Each Agency shall provide to the Department electronic copies of reports and other documents and materials cited as references that are not generally available to the public.
