1. (a) Any backflow prevention assembly installed to protect the potable water system serving the onsite treated nonpotable water use area must be inspected and tested annually.
2. (b) Backflow prevention assembly must be tested by a certified backflow prevention assembly tester.
3. (c) A completed backflow prevention assembly field test or air gap inspection reports must be provided to the local jurisdiction within thirty (30) days of completion of a field test or inspection.
