(b) In addition to the bacteriological monitoring requirements in Sections 64423, 64424, 64425, and 64426.9, a public water system shall perform special purpose bacteriological monitoring as follows:
(2) For a groundwater (not GWUDI) source that is treated with a primary or residual disinfectant on a continuous basis and is not monitored pursuant to Section 64654.8(b)(1)(B):

1. Repealer of subsection (h), deletion of former subsection (i) designator and relettering of following subsections and amendment of Note filed 11-12-91 as an emergency; operative 11-12-91 (Register 92, No. 8). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL 3-11-92 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
2. 7. Repealer of subsections (a) and (b)(1-4), new subsection (a), amendment of subscetions (b) and (b)(1) and new subsections (b)(2), (b)(2)(A-B) and (c-d) filed 5-28-2021; operative 7-1-2021 (Register 2021, No. 22).
