Cal. Code Regs. tit. 22, § 58071 – Staff Ratios.

(a) Care Management staffing ratios shall not exceed the following:
1. (1) clients to Care Manager: 60:1 (total clients in benefit status); and
2. (2) Care Managers to Care Management Supervisor: 10:1.
