Cal. Code Regs. tit. 22, § 54429 – Solicitation.

(a) Adult day health centers shall not:
1. (1) Hire persons solely for the purpose of solicitation of participants.
2. (2) Offer money or any valuable consideration as an inducement to become a participant.
3. (3) Make false statements in advertising in any media.
4. (4) Make false statements to prospective participants regarding any aspect of the program.
(b) Adult day health centers may assign employed staff to meet with community organizations to provide information concerning the program.
