1. (a) Psychiatric services means services performed by a physician trained or experienced in psychiatry.

2. (b) Psychology services means services provided by a:

   1. (1) Psychologist.
   2. (2) Psychological assistant under the direction and supervision of a psychologist or board certified psychiatrist.
   3. (3) A psychiatric social worker who is a licensed clinical social worker working in consultation with a psychologist or board certified psychiatrist.
   4. (4) A psychiatric nurse who meets the qualifications of Section 78337.
