1. (a) Each plan shall meet the standards for acceptable medical care as defined in Section 53100 of this Title, and use effective professional review in assessing the care provided to its members in accordance with the standards for health care service plans set forth in Title 10, California Administrative Code,Chapter 3, Subchapter 5.5, beginning with Section 1300.43.
