Recreational Items.

(a) All recreational items shall be exempt, except for:
1. (1) Recreational motor vehicles, such as motor homes and snowmobiles, which shall be considered in accordance with Section 50461.
2. (2) Boats, campers and trailers, which shall be considered in accordance with Section 50463.
