California Franchise Tax Board Payments.

(a) The following payments or funds received from the California Franchise Tax Board shall be exempt:
1. (1) Renters Credits.
2. (2) Senior Citizens Homeowners and Renters Property Assistance.
3. (3) Senior Citizens Tax Postponement.
