1. (a) The county shall determine residential eligibility based on information in the residential and family status sections of the residential and financial eligibility worksheet and from any other relevant information required to clarify residence in the county under provisions of Sections 243 and 244 of the Government Code.
2. (b) The county shall record eligibility determination in this section including the reason for denial of eligibility if so determined.
