1. (a) Is made up of abnormal cells as determined by histological examination;
2. (b) Rapidly expands and grows;
3. (c) Invades other adjacent body parts or organs; and
4. (d) Invades other distant, noncontiguous body parts, or organs.

“Malignant neoplasm” means a mass or growth in a body part, organ, or skin which does all of the following:
