1. (a) The governing authority of each school, where such examination is required, shall record each pupil's tuberculosis examination on the California School Immunization Record or other suitable health record which shall be part of the mandatory permanent pupil record as defined in Section 430 of Title 5, California Administrative Code.
2. (b) The immunization record and the record of results of the tuberculosis examination shall be transferred with the mandatory permanent pupil record.
