Cal. Code Regs. tit. 22, § 35265 – Items to Be Discussed with Applicant.

(a) The agency shall discuss the following information with the applicant:
1. (1) Approximate time it may take to complete each stage of the intercountry adoption process.
2. (2) Statutory and regulatory requirements for adoption including:
  1. (A) INS requirements including readoption, if applicable.
  2. (B) Foreign agency requirements.
3. (3) Children available through the agency for adoption.
4. (4) Agency fees including foreign agency fees.
