1. (a) The agency shall give the consenting parent a copy of the completed and signed consent to adoption.

   1. (1) The agency representative shall send within seven days a copy of the signed consent to adoption to the attorney of record in the adoption action.

      1. (A) The copy of the signed consent shall be sent to the petitioners if they are not represented by legal counsel.
