1. (a) Agencies shall submit the following reports to the department, including but not limited to:

   1. (1) Reports required for the implementation of the ICWA.
   2. (2) Reports required for the implementation of Public Law 96-272 (Title 42, United States Code, Sections 673 and 675), including reports necessary to meet Title IV-B planning requirements.
   3. (3) Reports required for the determination of allocations to public adoption agencies.
   4. (4) Reports required for the department's evaluation of the efficiency of agencies in placing children for adoption.
