Cal. Code Regs. tit. 22, § 7527 – Scope of Services.

(a) Information and Assistance (I&A) services shall include:
1. (1) Information, including the compilation of up-to-date information on resources and services available to older individuals in the community as specified in Section 7531.
2. (2) Assistance, in the form of referring older individuals to the resources and services available in the community which will meet the specific needs of each individual.
3. (3) Follow-up on referrals provided to the older individual to ensure that the necessary services are received.
(b) In addition to (a), I&A services may include either or both of the following:
1. (1) Outreach.
2. (2) Comprehensive Assessment.
