1. (a) Review of facility plans and specifications for compliance with state and federal accessibility laws, standards, codes, and regulations.
2. (b) Investigate a facility for compliance with state and federal accessibility laws, standards, codes, and regulations.
3. (c) Conduct accessibility research, prepare accessibility reports, and/or conduct accessibility inspections, as authorized.
4. (d) Issue inspection reports and disability access inspection certificates in accordance with the requirements of Civil Code section 55.53.
