1. (a) “Architectural, landscape architectural, engineering, environmental, and land surveying services,” and “construction project management” have the respective meanings set forth in Government Code section 4525.
2. (b) “Commission” means the State Energy Resources Conservation and Development Commission or the Commission's designee authorized to negotiate or contract for architectural, engineering, environmental services, and surveying, or construction project management.
3. (c) “Firm” has the meaning set forth for that term in section 4525 of the Government Code.
4. (d) “Small Business Firm” has the meaning set forth in section 14837(c) of the Government Code.
