1. (a) Within 14 days after a petition is filed, the Executive Director shall determine whether the petitioner has filed all of the information required in section 2010. If the petition is incomplete, the Executive Director shall specify the items required to make the petition complete.
2. (b) Within 14 days after the petition is determined to be complete, the Executive Director shall provide notice of the filing of the petition in the agenda prepared for regularly scheduled commission meetings pursuant to Sections 1103 and 1104.
3. (c) The Public Adviser shall ensure that adequate notice is given to the public of all petitions filed under this article.
