1. (2) If the information is not provided, or if the executive director believes that the information will not be provided within a reasonable time, the general counsel may petition the commission for an order securing the information.
2. (b) This section shall not limit the authority of any persons to obtain information pursuant to any other provision of law.

(a)(1) At any time after the filing of a submittal required by this Article, the executive director may make a written request to the filing utility for such information as is necessary for a complete staff analysis of the filing, including in such request the time and manner of utility response.
