4. (d) the following data:

   1. (1) stocks at the beginning of the month;
   2. (2) receipts during the month;
   3. (3) inputs during the month
   4. (4) production during the month;
   5. (5) shipments during the month;
   6. (6) plant fuel use and losses for processing during the month;
   7. (7) stocks at the end of the month.
