1. (a) At any time, staff may initiate voluntary meetings with the applicant, other parties, interested agencies, stakeholders, or the public on matters relevant to a proceeding. Such meetings may include workshops, site visits, or other information exchanges.
2. (b) Public meetings shall be noticed pursuant to Section 1209 of these regulations. The notice shall list the topics and purposes of the meetings.
