1. (a) An entity submitting information pursuant to this Article may request confidentiality pursuant to section 2505, including without limitation, for automatic designation pursuant to the provisions of 2505(a)(5).
2. (b) The CEC may disclose information submitted under this Article that was previously designated as confidential if disclosure is permitted by law, including without limitation, pursuant to section 2507(e)(6) and (f)(1)(D).
3. (c) Nothing in this section is intended to limit or expand the confidentiality of information submitted to the CEC.
