Fee for Filing Notice of Joint Powers Agreement.
State of California
The fee of the Secretary of State for the filing of a notice of a joint powers agreement or amendment thereto pursuant to Sections 6503.5 and 6503.7 of the Government Code is fixed at $5.00.
