- (a) The approved escrow facility shall post a copy of the approval in its business office. The approval shall be posted in a place conspicuous to the public and must also be located so that it is easily readable by members of the public doing business at the escrow facility.
- (b) No source code shall be placed in escrow in the facility until the approval is posted according to this section.
