1. (a) Each person required pursuant to Section 84605(a)(4) to file lobbying reports or statements electronically or online shall include in those reports or statements the identification number, if any, assigned such person by the Secretary of State. The electronic or online report or statement also shall include the identification number, if any, assigned to any lobbyist, lobbying firm, lobbyist employer, or lobbying coalition whose name must be disclosed on the report or statement pursuant to Chapter 6 (commencing with Section 86100).
2. (b) The requirements of this section are not applicable to reports filed on paper.
