1. (a) In the case of a withdrawal of a security, the report required by this Article may consist of the copy of the order of withdrawal and statement of local agency deposits which is served on the Administrator in compliance with Section 16003.3.8 of this Chapter, provided that there is endorsed upon or attached to such copy a transmittal, addressed to the Administrator, clearly designated “Report of Addition, Withdrawal, or Substitution of Securities,” and executed in accordance with Section 16005.1.1 of this Chapter.
2. (b) In the case of minus substitution of securities, the report required by this Article may consist of the copy of the order of substitution and statement of local agency deposits which is served on the Administrator in compliance with Section 16003.4.7 of this Chapter, provided that there is endorsed upon or attached to such copy a transmittal, addressed to the Administrator, clearly designated “Report of Addition, Withdrawal, or Substitution of Securities,” and executed in accordance with Section 16005.1.1 of this Chapter.
