1. Change without regulatory effect renumbering former chapter 2 (subchapters 1-12) to new subchapter 2 (articles 1-11), renumbering former subchapter 1 (sections 7286.0-7287.0) to new article 1 (sections 11005-11013), renumbering section 7286.0 to new section 11005 and amending section heading and section filed 10-3-2013 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2013, No. 40).
2. Change without regulatory effect amending section heading, section and Appendices A and B filed 3-20-2023 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2023, No. 12).
3. Repealer of section, Appendix A and Appendix B filed 10-9-2025; operative 11-8-2025 pursuant to Cal. Code Regs., tit. 2, section 18750(d).
