1. (a) “Production operations” include but are not limited to well completion or recompletion, remedial and well maintenance work, and production facility and pipeline operation.
2. (b) “Staff” shall mean the Executive Officer or other duly authorized member of the Staff of the State Lands Commission.

For the purposes of this Article 3.3 the following definitions shall apply:
