1. (a) Enforcement hearings will be conducted in accordance with the provisions and rules of evidence set forth in Government Code section 11513. Hearsay evidence is admissible subject to the provisions of Government Code section 11513.
2. (b) The Presiding Officer may exclude unduly repetitious or irrelevant evidence.
