1. (a) Environmentally significant lands: Lands within the jurisdiction of the Commission within which environmentally significant values have been identified pursuant to Public Resources Code Section 6370.1.
2. (b) Significant environmental values: Those features or characteristics which have been identified pursuant to Public Resources Code Section 6370.1, the criteria for which are set forth in the Significant Lands Inventory.
3. (c) Use Classification: A classification system designed to provide permanent protection to identify significant environmental values, more particularly described in the Significant Lands Inventory.
