1. (a) Written rebuttals to comments filed on a test claim, may be filed by parties or interested parties in accordance with section 1181.3 of these regulations within 30 days of service of the written comments.

2. (b) Content and Form.

   1. (1) If representations of fact are made, they shall be supported by documentary or testimonial evidence in accordance with section 1187.5 of these regulations.
   2. (2) Include a copy of relevant portions of any documents not readily available online. The specific statutes and chapters, articles, sections, regulatory registers, case law citations, and page numbers of all authorities relied upon shall be identified.
