1. (a) Parties and interested parties shall be given an opportunity to rebut written comments concerning a request for mandate redetermination by filing written rebuttals within 30 days of service of the comments.

2. (b) Content and Form. A written rebuttal shall contain the following documentary evidence, if applicable:

   1. (1) If representations of fact are made, they shall be supported by documentary or testimonial evidence in accordance with section 1187.5 of these regulations.
   2. (2) A copy of relevant portions of any documents not readily available online. The specific statutes and chapters, articles, sections, regulatory registers, case law citations, and page numbers of all authorities relied upon shall be identified.
3. (c) The rebuttal to a comment concerning a request for mandate redetermination shall be filed in accordance with section 1181.3 of these regulations.
