A third-party auditor and an auditee may agree to use a confidentiality agreement other than the sample provided in Section 1180.047 of this Article. Any such confidentiality agreement must, at a minimum, provide the same level of confidentiality and protection as is provided in the agreement in Section 1180.047 of this Article.
