1. (a) All costs of security, over and above regular personnel costs, may be reimbursable.
2. (b) Costs for temporary personnel hired specifically to fill in for peace officers used in court security may be reimbursable. Courthouse security costs, over and above regular personnel costs, may be reimbursable.
3. (c) In a change of venue, “all costs,” as defined in Penal Code Section 1037, may be reimbursed.
