1. (a) An applicant or representative may request that a hearing be rescheduled by contacting the Board at the telephone number or email address on the notice of hearing.
2. (b) An applicant's or representative's request to reschedule a hearing must be made as soon as the need for the request is known to the party and no later than five calendar days before the hearing.
3. (c) An applicant's or representative's request to reschedule a hearing shall be granted only if good cause to reschedule the hearing exists.
