The employee's salary rate on the day of the pay period in which Nonindustrial Disability Insurance benefits are compensable shall be used to compute Nonindustrial Disability Insurance payments. Thereafter payment shall not be modified to reflect any salary adjustments, which the employee would have received had the disability not occurred.
