1. (a) For the purpose of administering the Industrial Disability Leave benefit, the 52-week eligibility period shall be equivalent to 2080 hours for full time employees and prorated for employees on a different time base.
2. (b) For the purpose of administering the Industrial Disability Leave benefit, 22 working days of disability shall be equivalent to 176 hours for full time employees and prorated for employees on a different time base.
