1. (a) This subsection shall apply to employees paid pursuant to section 599.612(a).

   1. (1) On the first day of the monthly pay period following completion of each monthly pay period of continuous service as defined in section 599.608(a) of these regulations, each full-time employee in the state civil service shall be allowed one day of credit for sick leave with pay.

2. (b) This subsection shall apply to employees paid pursuant to section 599.612(b).

   1. (1) On the first day of the calendar month following completion of each month of continuous service as defined in section 599.608(b) of these regulations, each full-time employee in the state civil service shall be allowed one day of credit for sick leave with pay.
